Marsha, she's gorgeous. Wow, first grade!!!! I can't even imagine that Jackson will one day be in school. And, yes, they both look like they'll do GREAT. :-)

Marsha, how beautiful she is. I remember the days. It is really hard to lay your heart in someone's hand that you do not know.
We used to pray every morning for God's protection on our children while they were in other people's care and also pray for that these people would value what had been given to them and entrusted to them for the day.
In this wicked world we live, I am sure this is harder today than it was when I had to do it 30 and 15 years ago.
Prayer is the answer and LISTENING to what your children say when the come home.
We love you two very much.
Again, beautiful girl.
Sis Mc
you do not know

Thanks so much for the comments..my girls are so precious to me and even know I know they are growing up each day, each year, I also know that that is one more day or year that the Lord has given me with them. Sis. Mc...it is scary to release them into someone else care...We do say a lot of prayers. Thanks for the comments and we love you guys very much also...

I remember like it was yesterday dropping Bradley at first grade. His kindergarten was half day so it wasn't the same. It was more like preschool. But first grade! Oh the heart throb that was! He didn't cry but I sure did! And now it will only be a few more years until his almost born child will be at that point. We homeschooled when he started fifth grade and on through. He went to public school through 2nd grade, then Christian school, then we finally realized that homeschooling was for us. Us old folks always thought our kids wouldn't hit the teens but now you young whippersnappers have a better chance of seeing the rapture first than we did...but you can't COUNT on it! You have to do it all God's way to be sure that if they grow up, they will know what they need to know. I'll be praying for you...I know it's tough. So glad she has her cousin!
